All items are lovingly packed and processed within 3 -5 business days. Orders are shipped through USPS and tracking information is provided. Transit delivery times vary by your location.  Parrots Treasure Chest is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. 

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes for packages. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for it's return  shipping costs and any additional fees attached.
